About Us - The People Behind the Bins
Fahed here. I’ve spent 10 years in the hauling and cleanup business in Southeast Missouri, and this company runs out of our yard at 3141 E Outer Rd in Scott City, about ten minutes down I-55 from Cape. Licensed and insured, and I’ll show you the certificate the same day you ask.
What We Believe About This Business
Prices belong on the website. You’re going to learn the number anyway, so it might as well be before you call. Every rate we charge sits on the pricing page, and the scale ticket that sets any overage is yours to see. That’s the whole philosophy. The rest is just showing up when we said we would.
We also think the right answer is sometimes no. A third of the people who call about a 40 yard get talked down to a 30. Some callers get told a junk crew fits their job better — see dumpster rental vs. junk removal. Selling the wrong thing works exactly once, and we plan on being here longer than that.
Straight Talk
- Every rate is public, before you call
- Scale tickets shown on request
- We'll say no if it's the wrong size
What a Service-Area Business Means
No showroom, no storefront. Trucks, bins, driveway boards, and a phone that gets answered at (573) 267-0383, Monday to Saturday, 7 to 6. Every dollar goes into equipment and drivers instead of a lobby you’d visit once.
No Storefront
Every dollar goes into trucks and drivers, not a lobby.

Real Coverage Map
Outside the area, we'll say so and point you closer.

The Local Part Isn't Decoration
Transfer Station Hours
Corporate Circle closes at 4 on weekdays, so pickups get routed around it.
Narrow Drives
We know which drives off Sprigg Street need the short truck.
Flood Awareness
Red Star takes on water first when the river climbs — we've hauled the soggy carpet that proves it.
None of this fits a national call center’s script, and it’s most of what you’re actually paying for.
Want to Check Us Out First?
Good instinct. Look for us on BBB, Yelp, and Facebook, and read the FAQ hub where we answer the awkward questions too, including what happens when weight goes over. Then call and ask whatever’s left. You’ll get [OWNER NAME], not a queue.
